Woods helped me out when another company (who shall remain nameless) did a crappy repair and left me sweltering in the Texas Heat! Woods fixed my system fast, cheap and more importantly, The Right Way! I'll be calling Woods Comfort Systems from now on and avoiding those crappy guys!

I work on the Habitat House in Wimberley and Woods Comfort Systems installed the haet and air system for the house. It was well done, so well I called Woods for service at my home. Ray Chaplin arrived as scheduled and gave the system a complete check, was couteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. In addition, he gave me a suggestion on how air flow would improve in the house by adjusting the vents. I just had to take a moment to say thank you. Last weekend, our fan motor in one of our air handlers went out. We called your number and spoke with Ray. I am sorry to say that I don't even know what Ray's last name is, but he was very kind, helpful, professional and just a pleasure to do business with. In fact, our experience with your whole operation has been top notch. We recently (end of July or so) signed up for your Maintenance Agreement. That was a super experience as well. I am sorry to say I don't remember what the lady's name was that helped us, but she was super nice, very professional and answered every question we had, even when we called her back a second time since we thought of more questions to ask. Our systems were installed by your company in the summer of 2007. Getting back to Ray. He ended up in an uncomfortable position as our fan motor was inadvertently picked up by a contractor this past Monday morning while the contractor was picking up other boxes of equipment. He went above and beyond trying to catch up with this contractor to get our fan motor back. He apologized over and over and kept us very well informed during the whole ordeal. He ended up getting the fan motor back around 5pm on Monday. He promptly came over and installed it. WE were able to sleep cool that night. We SO appreciate Ray, the kind lady who helped with the maintenance agreement and everyone at Woods Comfort Systems. Thanks!

We had a terrible issue with our furnace. It rattled and banged and finally died. We called Woods Comfort Systems for an estimate and we found their prices to be very good. We hired them to come out and install a entire system for our 40 year old home. They had a lot of "old" to get through and the end result was a beautiful installation. Of course the system they installed was perfectly sized for our home and it runs so smooth. Aside from that, the energy efficiency of the unit they suggested, had caused our electric bill to decrease. How could we not be happy? Thank You!
